PROSPERITY — The Mid-Carolina junior varsity girls lacrosse team won their first ever match over the weekend against Hillcrest 1-0. It was the first win in program history and first ever lacrosse match win in school history.
In their third place match with Hillcrest, Dora Wang was the lady Rebel to score the winning goal.
The Lady Rebels would also tie with Hillcrest 0-0 and fall to Dutch Fork 2-0 and AC Flora 3-0.
