NEWBERRY — At Piedmont Technical College’s recent fall commencement exercises, outstanding students were honored for academic achievement as county award winners. Richard Baxter III was the honoree for Newberry County. He received an associate in applied science degree in computer technology with a cybersecurity concentration.
