SAVANNAH, GA – The Newberry Wolves women’s golf team delivered an impressive performance at the SSU Tiger Spring Invitational, securing a first-place finish with a combined team score of 662 over the two-day tournament on Monday and Tuesday. Leading the way was Natalia Aguilar, who claimed the individual title with a stellar performance, finishing in first place.
The Wolves showcased depth throughout the lineup, with Aguilar finishing first with a score of 154, Blanca Noriega taking third with 156, Curstan Bunche placing sixth with 176, Chloe Tanner finishing ninth with 179, and Ashton Moseley rounding out the top performers with 183.
With this dominant showing, Newberry continues to build momentum heading into the Lady Bearcat Invitational on March 24th-25th in Greenwood, SC.
