— Larry Turner, 45, of 142 Freckless Road, Prosperity, driving under the influence second offense, 12 months in jail and $2,100 fine, suspended; five days and $1,100, 30 months probation, credit for three days served.

— Derrick Velasquez, 45, of 47 Somerset Road E., Amityville, N.Y., drug trafficking, 15 years in prison. Credit for 95 days served. Concurrent with another drug trafficking charge, 15 years in prison, credit for 95 days served.
— Scottie Troutman, 28, of 78 Glenn St., Newberry, burglary third degree, 12 months in prison. Credit for 125 days served.

— Bobbie Epps, 45, of 290 Brooksridge Drive, Prosperity, shoplifting, 42 months in prison, credit for 25 days served.
— Tyrone Smith, 30, of 79 Bird Song Lane, Newberry, distribution of marijuana first offense, 12 months in prison, 24 months probation. Credit for 50 days served.
— Markevis Byrd, 26, of 3429 Elmwood Circle, Newberry, drug possession of marijuana greater than one ounce, $200 fine.
— Robert Hershey, 38, of 808 College St., Newberry, distribution of narcotics, eight years in prison, credit for 90 days served.
