NEWBERRY COUNTY — Newberry County Coroner Laura Kneece identified 22-year-old Christopher Walker of Cross Hill, as the victim who died in a single car motor vehicle collision on June 29 on Highway 56 near Davenport Road in the Chappells area of Newberry County.
An autopsy was requested and was performed last week.
The incident remains under investigation through the Newberry County Coroner’s Office and South Carolina Highway Patrol.
