NEWBERRY — One of Newberry’s favorite traditions, The Harper Street Bike Parade, was held on Saturday, July 3, there were plenty of bike riders, scooters, golf carts and one goat during the fun. All of which was topped off with a fire truck from the City of Newberry that sprayed water on participants to cool off.
