Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Joe (Cheryl) Hunter of Columbia announce the engagement of their daughter Erica Elizabeth Hunter of Columbia to William Joseph Laroche of Lexington, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Richard (Vicki) Laroche of Lexington.
The bride-elect’s maternal grandparents are Caroline W. Shealy and the late Horace Leroy “Jack” Shealy and her paternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Young (Eloise) Hunter.
She is a graduate of Winthrop University with a BFA in Interior Design. She is employed at Lambert Architecture + Construction Services.
The groom-elect’s maternal grandparents are Betty C. Klapman and the late William Turner Klapman and his paternal grandparents are Ruth S. Laroche and the late Joseph Leo Laroche.
He is a graduate of University of South Carolina with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. He is employed at Southeastern Real Estate Group.
The wedding will be held at 5 p.m. Oct. 14, 2017 in Pomaria.
