• 10:30 a.m.: Community Bible Church presents the edited version of the movie Jesus of Nazareth followed by a fellowship lunch.

• 10:30 a.m.: The New Enoree Baptist E & M Association’s annual Ushers Ministry Workshop is held at Fairview Baptist Church. This year’s workshop will consist of a Chat and Chew, open discussion about the roles and duties of ushers. Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the program starts at 11 a.m.

• 10:30 a.m.: Calvary Baptist Church holds its annual Family and Friends Day.

• 10:30 a.m.: New Enoree Baptist Church celebrates Pastor’s Rinzee Stansberry’s anniversary. Cartrell Blume, associate pastor of Brookland Baptist Church in Columbia, is the speaker. Dinner will be served

• 11 a.m.: Pomaria Lutheran Church holds Palm Sunday services.

• 2 p.m.: James Hopewell Baptist Church celebrates its pastor’s fourth anniversary. Pastor Amos Harling of St. Mark A.M.E. Church in Batesburg/Leesville will deliver the sermon.

• 3 p.m.: Little River Baptist Church celebrates the installation of Pastor Mark Abney.

• 4 p.m.: Aveleigh Fellowship of Presbyterians holds an Easter egg hunt for children fifth grade and under at Mollohon Park on Milligan/Player streets. • 6:30 p.m.: Saint Matthew Baptist Church in Newberry hosts the Ebony Outreach Community Players and their presentation of “The Cross in the Center.”

• 6 a.m.: Mount Olive AME Church holds an Easter Sunrise Service followed by their annual Easter Program. Call 803-781-5318.

• 7:03 a.m.: Macedonia Evangelical Lutheran Church at Lake Murray holds its annual Easter Morning Sunrise Service on the lake shore. Breakfast will be served in the Fellowship Hall.

• 9 a.m.: Saint Lutheran Church holds a Festival Service.

• Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1501 College St. in Newberry, holds its spring revival from March 28 through March 30 at 7 p.m. Speakers will be the Rev. Rinzee Stansbury of the New Enoree Baptist Church (Monday); the Rev. Wright Austin of the Belmont Baptist Church (Tuesday) and the Rev. Lorenzo Washington of St. John Baptist Church in Newberry (Wednesday).

• Bethel Missionary Baptist Church of Cross Hill holds intercessory prayer and Bible study at 7 p.m. Tuesdays, mid-week services at 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays and worship service every Sunday beginning with Sunday school at 10 a.m. and worship service beginning at 11:15 a.m.

• Sweet Springs A.M.E. Church, 20502 U.S. 76 in Newberry, holds worship service at noon the first and third Sunday of each month.

• Trinity United Methodist Church, 1160 Trinity Church Road in Newberry, has Adult Sunday School at 10 a.m. followed by church at 11 a.m. Children’s Sermon and Children’s Church takes place during the 11 a.m. hour.

• True Light Ministries, 2407 Fair Ave. in Newberry, has Sunday school at 10 a.m. and worship at 11 a.m.. Bible study is at 6 p.m. Tuesday and Joy Night is at 7 p.m. Friday.
