NEWBERRY — Dr. Michelle Archer joined the Little Mountain Family Health Center on Aug. 1.
Archer completed her Family Practice Residency at Richland Memorial Hospital/USC School of Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Presbyterian College in Clinton before earning her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia.
“Having a strong relationship with a patient helps in deciding what direction is best for the patient concerning treatment and simply fostering trust,” she said. “I do like to spoil my patients and I like the aspect of a small, family practice.”
Archer joins Lauren Powell and the rest of the staff at Little Mountain Family Health Center. She said she chose to work in family practice because she enjoys doing a little of everything.
