WHITMIRE — The Whitmire High School junior varsity girls basketball team opened up their first home game against Sims Middle School with a 31-19 win.
Leading scorer was Imari Brown with 16 points. Montasia Vanlue had 12 points, Zanhya Ruth with two points and Nyla Hill finished off the scoring with one point.
