TEMPE, Ariz. — Newberry’s men’s tennis team remained in the No. 24 spot in the Oracle/ITA Division II Men’s Team National rankings, marking the sixth week the Wolves have made the list.

The Wolves finished with a 21-7 record and advanced to the South Atlantic Conference Tennis Championship semifinals.

Including Newberry, five members of the SAC are nationally ranked. Wingate moved up one spot to No. 9 and Queens followed close behind nabbing the No. 14 position. The Pioneers jumped 10 spots to No. 25 while Lincoln Memorial and Anderson sit at No. 31 and No. 32, respectively.

The rankings list the top 50 schools in the nation and will be released weekly until May.
