NEWBERRY — Newberry College’s football team will be collecting donations to aid Hurricane Harvey families for the next three weeks.
Donations can be canned goods, bottle waters and paper products. Examples of preferred donations are pop top canned goods (soups, pastas, fruit, spam, etc.), handheld can openers, peanut butter and jelly, water, snacks (cereal bars, pop tarts, protein bars, etc.), baby food/formula, diapers (both adult and baby), feminine hygiene products, and toiletries (tooth paste, tooth brushes, shampoo, etc.).
The drop-off location is inside the football offices in Eleazer Arena. If you have any questions, contact Coach Stephen Flynn.
