There is joy in knowing Jesus

There is so much joy in knowing Jesus and serving Him. We have heard about Him our whole life, but there is a difference in knowing about Him and having a relationship with Him.

No words can explain the peace and joy in knowing when you take your last breath on this Earth than knowing Heaven will be your home.

“Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory.” 1 Peter 1: 8

We can be assured that God keeps His promises. So many people try to put do’s and don’ts on being a child of God, but I had rather believe what God says.

Salvation is a free gift of God. Not of works, but when you accept Jesus as your Savior your wants will change. The Bible says we will become a new creature.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5: 17

Have you just heard about Jesus or do you have a relationship with Him?
