PROSPERITY — A Prosperity man is facing charges after authorities say he exposed himself to a child.
Charles Robert Norman, 41, of Sunrise Lane, is being accused of exposing himself to the child and trying to entice them to go to his home. Norman is also a registered sex offender. He is currently booked in the Newberry County Detention Center where he is being charged with indecent exposure and luring or enticing a child.
Newberry County Sheriff Lee Foster said there was no place in any community or this to take place and encouraged the community to regularly monitor the Sex Offender Registry page on the NCSO of SLED websites to find out who is living near you
