NEWBERRY — Circuit Court Judge Frank R. Addy Jr. heard the following guilty pleas in a recent General Sessions Court:
• Dashawn Leroy Kennedy, threatening life, person or family of a public official, time served, credit 131 days; unlawful entry into enclosed places, 30 days in jail, credit 30 days.
• Shelton Canzater, possession of a stolen vehicle, 30 days in jail, credit 30 days.
• Markevias Obrian Burton, third-degree domestic violence, 10 days in jail, credit 10 days; false statement, 15 days in jail, credit 15 days.
• Samaad Alaquan Caldwell, second-degree assault and battery, and failure to stop for a blue light, 91 days in prison, concurrent with a probation violation, credit 44 days.
• Bernard Dawkins, shoplifting, 90 days in jail, credit 55 days.
• Javonte Deyqan Gallman, possession I-V controlled substances, 24 days in jail, credit 24 days.
• Toni Lynn Wilson, shoplifting and use of vehicle without permission, 46 days in jail, time served, credit 46 days.
• Javone Dewayne Koonce, distribution/possession with intent to distribute narcotics/heroin, 10 years in prison, provided upon the service of two years balance is suspended with probation for five years, credit to be given for time served; hit and run, three day sin jail, credit of three days.
• Justin Kyle Shirey, failure to stop for a blue light, 51 days in jail, time served.
• Jamarius Tyreek Jaheen Wilson, possession of a stolen vehicle, 16 days in jail, time served.
• Antonio Santel Wadsworth Sr., possession I-II narcotic/heroin, six days in jail,
• Michael Ray Stanley, ill treatment of animals in general/overworking, second-degree harassment, two days in jail, credit two days.
• Isaiah Randale Lever, first-degree domestic violence, 10 years in prison, provided upon the service of 53 days balance suspended with probation for three years, time served.
•Timothy Lamar Cromer, petit larceny, three years in prison, credit for time served.
• Brittany Michelle Couch, possession of methamphetamine, 27 days in jail, credit 27 days.
• Merle Glenn Kirkley, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a violent offense, credit 97 days, time served.
• Cassondra Diane Mann, malicious injury to a courthouse or jail, 41 days in jail, credit of 41 days.
• Saul Ceja Plascencia, resisting arrest, 28 days in jail, credit28 days.
• Myron Najee Davian Smoot, advertising sale of drug paraphernalia, fine of $500.
• Landon Major Howell, second-degree burglary (violent), 15 years in prison, balance is suspended with probation for four years, credit 88 days, time served.
• Cameron Obrian Goff, third-degree domestic violence, 32 days in jail; third-degree burglary, five years in prison, balance suspended with probation for four years, time served; petit larceny, 30 days in jail, credit 30 days.
• Barry Andrew Bennett, third-degree burglary, receiving stolen goods, five years in prison, provided upon the service of 38 days balance is suspended with probation for five years, time served.
• Charles Albert Goff, possession of methamphetamine, four days in jail, credit 4 days.
• Ashon Jameir Harris Jones, forgery, financial identity fraud, four years in prison, provided upon the service of 36 days balance is suspended with probation for two years, time served.
• Jeffery Lamont Griffin, second-degree burglary, receiving stolen goods, 12 years in prison, provided upon the service of two years balance is suspended with probation for four years, credit of 166 days.
• Chelsea Nichole Smith, first-degree assault and battery, 10 years in prison, provided upon the service of one day balance is suspended with probation for three years, credit one day.
