NEWBERRY — Newberry County Water and Sewer Authority Assistant Manager Daniel Quattlebaum informed the Board that, as of Thursday, the process of starting the pre-construction conference for the Newberry Shores/Bedford Way Flow Diversion project has begun. The pre-construction conference is scheduled for March 26, 2018.
