Leaders on the Block recognized

LITTLE MOUNTAIN — For the month of January, Little Mountain Elementary carefully chose students for Habit #4 – Think Win-Win.

Throughout the month, the faculty, staff and students stayed focused with their goals and worked daily to achieve this milestone and many other established goals. For the students of LME, their belief is that everyone can win inside and outside of the classroom. There is a balance of courage for getting what the individual student wants while considering what others may want.

Students are encouraged to make deposits into their peers’ emotional bank accounts. By thinking of others, problem solving, and remembering to negotiate with our classmates, students display this bucket filling attitude.
