NEWBERRY — Aveleigh’s “Maker Fun Factory” Vacation Bible School was attended by 60 children and had more than 40 volunteers. The children and volunteers learned through Bible stories, music, crafts and puppets under the theme “Created by God and Built for a Purpose.”
The mission emphasis was the Newberry County School Supply and Coat Drive, which has been in existence for 20 years and helps provide school supplies and coats for children in Newberry County who are in need.
Aveleigh’s Vacation Bible School was held in July.
