NEWBERRY — The Newberry YMCA will hold a Newberry Elite Skills Camp for basketball on Aug 14 and Aug. 15 for rising fifth through eighth grade boys. The cost is $40 if you pre-register and $45 the day of camp. Registration can be done at the YMCA. YMCA members get a $5 discount.
Boys will need to bring a sleeping bag, pillow, hygiene items, change of clothes and a strong work ethic. Check in is 5:30 p.m. Friday and pick up is 11:20 a.m. Saturday. Breakfast will be served Saturday morning to attendees.
