The Newberry Observer is collecting toys for the Newberry County Sheriff’s Office’s Operation Santa Claus until noon Dec. 14. Unwrapped toys can be left in the collection box in the lobby, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
