NEWBERRY COUNTY — At Piedmont Technical College’s recent spring commencement exercises, outstanding students from each of the college’s seven supporting counties were honored for academic achievement. Judith Caldwell, who graduated with an associate in science degree and an associate in arts degree, was the honoree from Newberry County.
