ALPHARETTA, GA. — Jane Satcher Bagwell, 66, of Alpharetta, Ga., passed away on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012. She was the daughter of the late James L. Satcher and Lila O. Satcher of Johnston.

Jane is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ron Bagwell; son Mitch Bagwell and wife Kristi; son Geoff Bagwell and wife Jacki; daughter Bess Allen and husband Shawn; daughter Lila Leonard and husband Ryan; grandchildren Harper and Boone Allen and Claire and Drew Bagwell; brother and sister-in-law Ed and Nancy Satcher; niece and namesake Jane Satcher Ford and husband Paul; and nephew Bill Satcher.

A memorial service will be held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Newberry on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 2 p.m. A reception to visit the family will immediately follow the service.
