Christopher Costarico Penny, 27, resisting arrest and drinking alcoholic liquors in public.
George Rosco Bedenbaugh, 68, shoplifting.
Daniel Stewart Pearson, 57, driving under the influence.
Kevin Russel McGraw, 28, petit or simple larceny.
