County officials take oath

A host of onlookers filled the Newberry County Courthouse on Thursday as Coroner Craig Newton, Clerk of Court Jackie Bowers and Sheriff Lee Foster retook their oaths of office to serve another term. Both Bowers and Foster are serving their seventh terms and Newton is serving his second term.
