The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

Family Court

Travis Lemont Brown, 29, was charged with three family court bench warrant for failure to pay child support.

Timothy Ray Caldwell, 46, was charged with family court bench warrant for failure to pay child support.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Shane Cameron Rogers, 25, was charged with driving under the influence.

Ralph Davis Waldrop, 40, was charged with driving under the influence and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Charles Dwayne Cutshall, 50, was charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Newberry Police

Alonzo Hector Barrera, 47, was charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Caroll Richard Addy, 42, was charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent.

Michelle Renee Smith, 45, was charged with two counts of forgery.

Alyssa Yolanda Gallman, 23, was charged with a magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Trent Jones, 24, was charged with two magistrate’s court bench warrants.

William Scottie Hatchell, 49, was charged with failure to maintain proof of insurance in motor vehicle, operating or permitting operation of vehicle which is not registered and licensed and driving under suspension.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Christopher Orma Stevenson, 40, was charged with magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Terrence Javon James, 30, was charged with two magistrate’s court bench warrants.

Christine Annette Davis, 41, was charged with fraudulent check, or stop payment.

Kimberly M. Grooms, 37, was charged with financial transaction card theft.

Tracy Denise Houston, 46, was charged with failure to return rented objects and shoplifting.

Alicia Lynn Mingo, 42, was charged with a magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Dishon William Anderson, 29, was charged with petit or simple larceny.

Caroll Richard Addy, 32, was charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent, value more than $2,000 but less than $10,000.
