Kevin Chase Franklin, 33, was charged with a family court bench warrant for failure to pay child support and driving under suspension.

Kathy Ann Barnes, 39, was charged with family court bench warrant for failure to pay child support.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Mary Elizabeth Gutierrez, 34, was charged with failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation.

Newberry Police

Ernest Eugene Williams, 44, was charged with possession of a weapon during violent crime, armed robbery and possession of firearm or ammunition by person convicted of violent felony.

Miracle Moniquie Cannon, 17, was charged with criminal domestic violence.

Ella Louise Livingston, 57, was charged with shoplifting.

Ervin Farrow, 46, was charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle and driving under suspension.

Kelvin Laron Jones, 42, was charged with driving under suspension and giving false information to law enforcement.

Charmaine Zerlina Kennon, 37, was charged with driving without a license and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Antonio Lamont Gary, 37, was charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public and possession of marijuana.

Jerriel Javon Boyd, 23, was charged with giving false information to law enforcement.
