Internationally famous Tromp l’Oeil artist Christian Thee had a reception and showing of some of his work at The Newberry Opera House on Nov. 26. Thee, left, is seen with Opera House Ambassador Jim Livingston. Thee and Livingston lived as nearby neighbors in Brooklyn Heights in the 1960’s with Thee on Joralemon Street and Livingston on Livingston Street. Livingston now lives in Newberry and caught up with Thee while he was traveling through Newberry.
