Michael and Teresa Rowand of Fort Mill announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Brooke Rowand, to Wesley Charles Frick of Chapin. The groom-elect is the son of Roland and Debbie Frick of Chapin.

The bride’s grandparents are Howard and Brenda Ashley of Indian Land and Mrs. Sue Rowand and the late Thomas Arthur Rowand III of Lake City, Fla.

The groom’s grandparents are Mrs. Martha Dominick and the late Voight Dominick of Newberry and Mrs. Christine Boland and the late Jerry C. Frick Sr. of Chapin.

Wesley is a 2009 graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Forestry. Brooke will graduate from Clemson University in August 2010 with a B.A. in history.

The wedding will be held at 11 a.m., June 19, 2010, at the Gold Hill Road Church of Christ in Fort Mill.
