Bowers
Shomari Akeem Bowers, 17, of 61 Glenn St., Newberry, was arrested and charged Friday with first degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
In April, Bowers allegedly had sex with a girl under the age of 10. The girl was reportedly a friend of the family.
This is the fourth person Newberry police charged in the past week with molesting a child.
