Jonnie Dale Trapp, 50, drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

John Arthur Hill, 51, threatening life, person or family of public official and drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Ryan Lee Gary, 18, second degree burglary.

Tracie A. Stafford, 44, possession of marijuana, possession or use of drug paraphernalia, trespassing and pedestrian under influence of alcohol or drugs.

Troy David Stephens, possession of marijuana, possession or use of drug paraphernalia, trespassing, open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle and driving under the influence.

Annette Chappell Joslyn, 55, breach of trust with fraudulent intent, value $2,000 or less.

S.C. Transport Police

Jonathan Todd Gibson, 44, driving under suspension and driving vehicle at greater speed than is reasonable under conditions.
