Mr. and Mrs. James Edward (Pam) Branham of Newberry are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Nicole, to Talbott Loman Tomsey. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon (Susie) Mosley of Whitmire. The wedding is planned for June 15, 2013, at 6 p.m. at St. Philip’s Lutheran Church in Newberry.
