Charles Johnson Byrd, 54, drinking alcoholic liquors in public conveyance.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Joshua Fields, 20, driving without a license.

Tiara Lawan Cloud, 29, driving under suspension, operating or permitting operation of vehicle which is not registered and licensed and general provisions article of driver’s license chapter, no other penalty specified.

Tequilla Shanta Bowser, 35, speeding, driving under suspension, giving false information to law enforcement and failure to maintain proof of insurance in motor vehicle.
