CHAPPELLS — Mr. Anthony Marshall, 59, of 2338 Scurry Church Road, Chappells, died Saturday at his home.

Born in Chappells, he was the son of the late Willie Mack Marshall and the late Ruby Lee Lomax Williams. He was a member of Scurry Spring Hill Baptist Church.

Surviving are three brothers, Arthur Stephens (Rita) of Clinton, J.W. Marshall of Columbia and Willie Mack Marshall Jr. of Newberry; 10 sisters, Martha Ann Stephens Wise, Lessie Marshall and Gracie Cook, all of Newberry, Lessie S. Blackely of Kinards, Nora Pernell of West Columbia, Katie Wilson (Roosevelt) of Gaston, Mary Frances Robinson (Bennie) of Saluda, Jonell Jones (Elliott) of Baltimore, Md. and Doris JOnes and Novella Williams of Texas; an uncle Robert Lomax (Essie) of Greenville; three aunts, Mollie Mae Barr, Lonnie Fowler and Janis Gary (Ray) all of Newberry and other loving relatives and friends.
