COLUMBIA — The Carolina Outdoor Cooking Barbecue Class is coming to the State Farmers Market at the Exhibition Kitchen on Saturday, Feb. 16. This one-day class is led by award winning Pit Masters who will teach you the techniques and art of preparing and cooking barbecue favorites; Carolina Pulled Pork, Texas Beef Brisket, Memphis Pork Ribs, and Smoked Chicken.

When: Saturday, Feb. 16 from 8 a.m. -4 p.m.

Cost: $250 a person includes lunch and all day barbecue samplings
