NEWBERRY — Polly Louise Wicker Richardson, 67, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012 at her residence.

Born on Feb. 22, 1945, in Newberry, Mrs. Richardson was a daughter of the late Walter Jake and Ollie Bell Mills Wicker. She was retired from Damon International and was a member of St. Philip’s Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Edward Richardson; daughters, Cindy (Chris) Danielsen and Darlene (Mac) Vaughn both of Newberry and Terri (Alvin) McMurtury; a sister, Eula Mae Dominick of Newberry; a brother, Joe Wicker of Newberry; grandchildren, Kayla (Larry) Bennett, Harley Kinard, Amanda Vaughn, Mac Vaughn Jr., Dwayne (Amy) White, Tamara McMurtury and Kathy McMurtury; step-grandchildren, Robbie Danielsen and Larry Danielsen; great-grandchildren, Alexis Bennett, Levi Bennett and Edward Seegars III. She was predeceased by a brother, Walter Jake Wicker Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at St. Philip’s Lutheran Church by the Rev. Terry Amick. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to St. Philip’s Lutheran Church, 2461 St. Philip’s Church Road, Newberry, SC 29108.

Active pallbearers will be Darren Metts, David Metts, Timmy Bundrick, Mac Vaughn Jr. and Bobby Dominick.
