NEWBERRY — Funeral services for Mr. Johnny B. Reeder, 53, will be conducted on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Pratt Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Reeder passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2012, at Newberry County Memorial Hospital. Born in Newberry County, he was the son of the late Bessie Reeder Penny.

Surviving are one son Shunpreece Cureton of Newberry; sisters, Sharon (Ray) Suber, Vinnie (Wallace) Hunter, Yolanda (Robert) Abney, Concentina (Willie) Thomas, Teanotteleon Penny, Valerie Clark and Teresa Kinard all of Newberry, and Velvet Ann Penny of Columbia; brothers, Willie Edward Penny of Tampa, Fla.; Robert James Penny of Kershaw and Willie Eddie Penny Jr.; one aunt, Mary Aull; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
