The annual Willie Scott Award went to Whitmire’s Michael Ruff. Ruff is now a red-shirt senior at Presbyterian College where he is making his marks. The year Ruff eclipsed 1,000 career pass reception yards. He also scored 15 touchdowns and 90 points for the Blue Hose. The award is given annual by the Newberry County Touchdown Club.
