The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Marvin Joel Vides Monroy, 31, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding.

Casey Andrew Matthews, 35, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Wayne Charles Smith, 47, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Newberry Police

Elridge Suber, 19, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation and seat belt violation.

Elajuwon Davone Robinson, 18, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Luis Perez Lopez, 22, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, window tinting or sun screening, installation, sale, or certificate violation.

Alfred Garcia Perez, 24,was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

James Shealy Wilson, 54, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Demarcus Valdez Robinson, 32, was arrested and charged with a general sessions bench warrant.

Anilda-Osbelda Villatoro-Alfaro, 33,was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

Maria Nichole Gallman, 25, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Marquis Trivel Bryant, 37, was arrested and charged with second offense manufacture or distribution, etc. of a cocaine base drug.
