The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Keven Mcroft Barnes, 49, was charged with driving under suspension and driving vehicle at greater speed than is reasonable under conditions.

Saul Recinos-Vazquez, 29, was charged with driving without a license, use of license plate other than for vehicle which issued, operating or permitting operation of vehicle which is not registered and licensed and failure to maintain proof of insurance in motor vehicle.

Cesario Arroyo-Alvarez, 21, was charged with three counts of felony driving under the influence.

John Michael Revell, 20, was charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Richard Garrett Martin, 23, was charged with driving under the influence and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Joshua Stephen Taylor, 24, was charged with driving under the influence.

Newberry Police

Adriana Michelle Epps, 23, was charged with criminal domestic violence.

Alexander Ricardo Brown, 27, was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Johnny Hair, 56, was charged with driving under the influence, carry concealed weapon, not a pistol, e.g. Dirk, metal knuckles, etc. and failure to maintain proof of insurance in motor vehicle.

Johnnie M. Maybin, 63, was charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Edith Cassandra Luna, 25, was charged with driving under suspension and no brake light(s).

William Arnold Clark, 72, was charged with possession of marijuana and manufacture, distribution, etc. of cocaine base drugs.

Fred William Tucker, 30, was charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public and resisting arrest.

Larry Lamont Cohen, 33, was charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public and indecent exposure.

Henry Laurence Egleston, 19, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Markevius Terrell Jessie, 22, was charged with trespassing.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Charles Lee Sims, 20, was charged with possession of marijuana, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Felisha Floreane Fuller, 25, was charged with magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Terrance Lamar Quarles, 23, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Tyrell Rakeem Sanders, 17, was charged with driving on wrong side of road, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacture, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine near a school.

Tiyon Kadeem Sanders, 17, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession or use of drug paraphernalia, manufacture, distribution, etc. of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine near a school.

Santenni Travantri Halsey, 28, was charged with speeding, failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation, magistrate’s court bench warrant and driving under suspension.

Russell Delane Means, 34, was charged with resisting arrest, public disorderly conduct, speeding, and driving under suspension.

Whitmire Police

Tavarius Dequan Elliott, 18, was charged with trespassing.
