PROSPERITY — Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Mae Gallman, 74, will be conducted on Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Pratt Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah A.M.E. Church cemetery.
Mrs. Gallman passed away on Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, at Lexington Medical Center. Born in Newberry County, she was the daughter of the late Thornal Lee Tribble and Rever Lee Lindsay Tribble.
Mrs. Gallman was predeceased by her husband, Frank Gallman; son, Danny F. Gallman; brothers, Thornal Tribble and Gregory Suber.
Surviving are six daughters, Barbara F. Elkins of Prosperity; Linda K. Jeter of Little Mountain; Kathy R. Wilson and Judy M. Williams (Billy) all of Newberry; Darnell Gallman (Raphord) of Little Mountain; April J. Nance (Tracy) of Newberry; three sons, Tony Gallman (Beatrice) and Donald Gallman all of Prosperity; Billy M. Gallman (Stephanie) of Chapin; four sisters, Mattie Wheeler (Joe) of Prosperity; Vivian Davis, Karen Dewalt (Johnny) and Rosemary Reeder (Johnny) all of Newberry; three brothers, Augustus Tribble and Henry Tribble (Julia) all of Newberry; Oliver T. Suber of Clinton; 20 grandchildren including a devoted grandson, Terrence L. Gallman; 21 great-grandchildren, one uncle, three sisters-in-law, five brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
