GREENWOOD — Ms. Marie Dawkins, 58, of 101 Stonehaven Drive passed away Oct., 7, 2012, at her home.
She was born in Newberry on Aug. 12, 1954, a daughter of the late Eugene Dawkins and Elaine Jones Dawkins.
She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness.
Surviving is a daughter, Tecola Thomas of Greenwood; four brothers, Ulysses Dawkins, Allen Dawkins, Terry Dawkins of Newberry, and Ezra Dawkins of Abbeville; four sisters, Bernice Dawkins, Sylvia Mosley, Diane Swaney all of Newberry, and Lola Mae Jeter of Carlisle, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, New Market St., Greenwood.
