The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

Newberry Police

Bryan Bell Sartor, 29, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Korey Bradford Suber, 30, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Marcia Ann Stone Bouknight, 59, was arrested and charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent.

Edgar Nunez, 29, was arrested and charged with third degree assault and battery.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Horace Lee Maybin, 43, was arrested and charged with magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Marion Christopher Sharpe, 30, was arrested and charged with general sessions bench warrant.

Holly Denise Mills, 36,was arrested and charged magistrate’s court bench warrant.

S.C. Transport Police

Erik Wesley Lawson, 33, was arrested and charged driving under suspension.
