Thursday, Sept. 26 — Lunch ‘N Learn from noon-1 p.m. at the Newberry County Chamber of Commerce/Visitor’s Center sponsored by Wicker’s Greenhouse and Nursery. Judy Wicker will talk about how to prepare yards and gardens for the fall and winter. Reservations are required and may be made by contacting the chamber. Cost is $5.
Thursday, Sept. 27 — Business After Hours from 5:30-7 p.m. will be sponsored by and hosted at Chappells Nursery and Garden Center, located at 1629 Wilson Road in Newberry. All current and prospective members are welcome. Food and beverages will be provided.
