The Newberry County Agricultural Expo parade will roll down Main Street on Sept. 29.
The parade will start at Calhoun Street and go to Nance Street.
The event will start at 10 a.m. and S.C. Agriculture Commissioner Hugh Weathers will be the grand marshall.
But directly behind him will be a float with the oldest, active farmers in Newberry County riding on it.
It is open to all civic groups, school bands, cars, floats, motorcycles and of course farm equipment.
Parade entries must be in by Sept. 21. and all entries must have an ag theme.
The parade is part of the festival which will go on from Sept. 27-29.
During the event there will be a high school rodeo, antique tractor show, rides, art contest, vendors, food, a pageant, commodity contest and live stock shows.
All proceeds will go to Boys Farm.
