Tony Lindsay Sanders, 57, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Newberry Police

Johnny Ray Berley, 58, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Prosperity Police

Barry Louis Toland, 50, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Ronald Everette Salisbury, 43,was arrested and charged with a magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Charles Jacob Frick, 17, was arrested and charged with purchase or possession of beer or wine by a minor.

James Lynn Kennemore, 52, was arrested and charged with three magistrate’s court bench warrants.

Sherri Anette Rice, 48, 1was arrested and charged with two magistrate’s court bench warrants.

Paula Lynn Ibonie, 53, was arrested and charged with reckless driving and failure to stop for a blue light.
