Fellowship Baptist to host revival

Rev. Johnny Mack Scurry and the Fellowship Baptist Church Family invite the community to worship with them during their revival beginning Sunday and continuing through Aug. 10.

The Sunday morning service will begin with the message from the Scurry.

On Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m., Rev. Tonnie L. Collins, pastor of Seekwell Baptist Church will deliver the message.

Evening services begin at 7 p.m. and feature the following speakers:

Monday-Rev. Owens, pastor of St. James A.M.E. Church.

Tuesday-Rev. Everett, pastor of St. John Baptist.

Wednesday-Rev. Edward Jeter, pastor of Hessian Hill Baptist in Blair.

Thursday -Rev. Freddie Wicker, pastor of Bethel Baptist Baptist in Union.

Friday -Rev. Richard Crump, pastor of Little Beaverdam and Renwick Grove Baptist churches.

About Sunday’s speaker:

Collins is married to Faye. B. Collins, and together they have two sons.

A graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. with a bachelor’s degree in religion, Pastor Collins is enrolled in the Master of Divinity program at Liberty University.

He is the former moderator of the New Enoree Baptist Association and the former president of the Gold Hill Association.
