Luna-Morales Maria Concepcion, 31, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

Janika Oriel-Shatrice Mendenhall, 26, was arrested and charged with petit or simple larceny.

Prosperity Police

William J. Newcomb, 45, was arrested and charged with petit or simple larceny.

Andre Lamont Cromer, 36, was arrested and charged with violation of probation warrant.

Antonie Latwan Chapman, was arrested and charged with violation of probation warrant.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Quentin Tramayne McKinney, 22, was arrested and charged with third degree assault and battery.

David Hyler, 29, was arrested and charged with grand larceny.

John Edward Watson, 19, was arrested and charged with six counts of malicious injury property.

David Lewis Arrowood, 38, was arrested and charged with first degree harassment.

Brian Scott Hatfield, 39, was arrested and charged with/ driving under suspension.

Leslie Diane Davis, 52, was arrested and charged with violation of restraining order issued in magistrate court.

Robert Lewis Hentz, 53, was arrested and charged with violation of restraining order issued in magistrate court.

Justin Curtis Simon, 18, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop for a blue light.

Hunter Avery Cone, 19, was arrested and charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Russell Preston, 17, was arrested and charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
