There will be ample meeting rooms there, excellent space to display donations at a location where people will be able to get to and enjoy the museum.
I have donations and know others who are eager to make important donations, but not to the out-of-the-way obscure house we now have to use.
The use could be expanded beyond history and museum to include such as meeting place headquarters for the Daughters and Sons of American Revolution and a vast number of other important community organizations.
