The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Jerry Dean Vaughn, 41, 1was arrested and charged with child endangerment, commit certain vehicular offenses with minor in vehicle, speeding, more than 25 mph over the speed limit and driving under suspension.

Newberry Police

Raul alfonso Cruz Cuellar, 31, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding.

Willie Ray Wigner, 57, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Chantel Laflorence Morris, 24, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Kirk Russell Kohler, 49, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Toria Loushinta Young, 35, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation and alteration of license, sale of fictitious license.

Noretha Michelle Miller, 28, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Felipe Damian Hernandez, 40, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

Anthony Kentrelldevan Fowler, 19, was arrested and charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct with minor or attempt - victim under 11 years of age.
