What have we come to when the Supreme Court legislates a tax?
Article 1 of the Constitution states clearly: All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
No one at any time in promoting the Socialist health insurance ever mentioned a tax to support it. It is time the populace take stock of the supreme court and stop viewing them as infallible in their judgment or ever mindful of the best most comfortable existence of their clients, those once upon a time enjoying the life within a clearly defined constitutional republic.
Best we can do is vote while protecting the integrity of the ballot box.
